PS Plus Essential Games for July 2025 Include Plenty of Action & Adventures

Sony has announced the next set of free games coming to PS Plus Essential subscribers in July 2025. Starting Tuesday, July 1st, players with an active membership can download and play three new titles: Diablo 4, The King of Fighters XV, and Jusant.

Leading the lineup is Diablo 4, the latest release from Blizzard. It’s available on both PS5 and PS4. This action RPG takes players into a dark fantasy world filled with intense combat and deep character building.

The game has continued to grow since launch, with regular updates and even a full expansion.

Another game joining the service is The King of Fighters XV. This fighting game sticks to the series’ roots, focusing on fast-paced, combo-heavy battles. It may not change the formula much, but fans of the genre will find plenty to enjoy. It’s also available on both PS4 and PS5.

The final addition is Jusant, which is only available on PS5. It offers something different from the other two games. Instead of battles or loot, this one is all about climbing. Players take on the role of a lone character scaling a massive tower. The gameplay focuses on using climbing tools and navigating unique environments.

All three games will be available for download starting July 1st. As long as your PS Plus Essential subscription is active, you’ll be able to keep playing them.
