Tom Cruise’s Has One Condition to Marry Ana de Armas & It Could Safeguard His Fortune

Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas are making headlines once again, this time over reports that the Hollywood star is preparing for marriage, but with one major condition attached. According to Radar Online, Cruise wants a strict prenup in place before he proposes to the Ballerina actress.

The pair first sparked romance rumors back in February when they were spotted together in London on a night out. Since then, they’ve been seen on multiple occasions, with sources claiming the relationship has been moving in a serious direction.

Behind the scenes, however, Cruise is said to be making sure his $600 million fortune stays protected.

An insider told Radar Online, “He’s a control freak and micromanages every detail of his life. Anyone close to him always has loads of paperwork to sign as far as NDAs and that sort of thing, but marriage takes it to a new level.”

Cruise reportedly has a detailed contract already being drafted. The plan, the source explained, is for the paperwork to be ready before he even proposes.

“Once she says yes, the paperwork is right there — ready to go,” the insider shared. “He expects her to sign it without any drama, so that it’s out of the way before they even announce the engagement.”

The Mission: Impossible star has been through three marriages before, to Mimi Rogers, Nicole Kidman, and Katie Holmes, and each ended in heartbreak. The most shocking split came in 2012, when Holmes filed for divorce unexpectedly, which left Cruise blindsided.

That experience, the source claims, has made him extra cautious this time around. “He’s crazy about Ana, but he’s been burned before and feels the need to protect himself,” the insider said.

Despite the legal caution, Cruise is reportedly spoiling de Armas with romantic getaways, including a recent trip through Europe on a luxury yacht. The couple is also said to be working on film projects together.

As for de Armas, insiders believe she won’t have a problem signing a prenup if that’s what Cruise wants. “Tom is not looking to pressure Ana into any sort of shady agreement. He just wants it to be very thorough,” the source said. “Easygoing Ana likely won’t mind, especially since it shows how serious Tom is about marrying her.”

If all goes according to plan, Cruise is expected to propose soon.
