Britney Spears has been seen out in public again, just days after news of her recent DUI arrest. The singer was spotted at a Starbucks in Malibu Country Mart on Sunday, where she appeared quiet and serious while standing in line.

People who saw her said she kept a low profile and didn’t draw attention to herself. It was a simple outing, but it quickly made headlines because it was her first public appearance since the incident.

At the same time, her legal situation is moving forward. A spokesperson from the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office confirmed that the case is now under review. As they explained, “The DUI case against Britney Spears has been submitted to the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office and is under review by our prosecutors,” adding that a final decision should come before her court date on May 4.

During the outing, Spears dressed casually and tried to stay unnoticed. She wore a long brown coat with dark sunglasses and carried a large orange bag while holding her phone. Her blonde hair was styled in loose waves, and overall, she looked like she wanted to keep things simple.

The arrest happened earlier this month, on March 4, in Ventura County. According to reports, she was stopped by the California Highway Patrol, placed in handcuffs, and then released the next morning. Since then, the situation has raised concern among people close to her.

Her manager, Cade Hudson, spoke about the incident in a public statement. He said, “This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable,” and added that he hopes this moment leads to real change and support for her in the long run.

Her family has also stepped in to support her. Sources say her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, have been spending a lot of time with her at home. One insider shared, “Her sons are with her right now. They love her and want to support her and just want her to feel better,” showing how important they are during this time.

People close to Spears say the situation has affected her emotionally. Another source explained, “Britney knows she has to face the consequences, whatever they may be,” and said she is worried about the possibility of jail time. According to insiders, her friends and family are hoping she focuses on recovery and getting better rather than facing harsh punishment.

Even with everything going on, Spears is still a major name in entertainment. Fans are continuing to follow her career closely, especially with several projects connected to her life and story.

One of the biggest projects is the film based on her memoir, The Woman in Me. The movie is being developed by Universal Pictures and is still in early production. There is a lot of talk about which actress will play her younger self, but no official casting has been announced yet.

In music, she recently reminded fans of her impact with the song Mind Your Business, a collaboration with will.i.am. The track gained attention and showed that she still has a strong influence in pop music.

There have also been rumors about a new album, though nothing has been confirmed so far. Right now, Spears seems to be focusing more on her writing and her independence after the end of her conservatorship.

Her memoir continues to sell well around the world, and there are early talks about a possible documentary that could show more of her life after the conservatorship. Her team has not confirmed this yet, but fans are already interested.

Despite the legal issues, Spears’ legacy as one of the biggest pop stars remains strong. The next few months will be important as her case develops and as she continues to focus on her personal life with support from her family.
