Ciara Miller Reacts on Social Media After Amanda Batula and West Wilson Relationship Reveal
Ciara Miller is opening up on social media for the first time since news broke about a romantic relationship between her close friend Amanda Batula and her ex, West Wilson. The Summer House star, who recently celebrated her 30th birthday, posted a short video on Instagram on Tuesday, March 31, giving fans a peek into her thoughts after the surprising revelation.
The post featured footage from the red-carpet premiere of Apple TV+’s Your Friends & Neighbors on Monday, March 30, where Miller worked as a correspondent. She captioned the clip, “If you can’t trust your Friends & Neighbors, who can you trust?” In the video, when actor Jon Hamm asked her how she was doing, she replied, “I’m good… well, I’ve been better,” before the segment moved on.
This subtle update came shortly after Batula, and Wilson confirmed their new relationship. The couple shared a statement acknowledging the change, saying their connection developed naturally and was never meant to hurt anyone.
“We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity. It was never our intention to purposely hide anything,” they wrote. They added that they recognized the situation could cause pain but hoped to handle it thoughtfully.
Hamm later commented on Miller’s brief exchange during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen the same night. He repeated her remark for the audience, who responded with laughter, and expressed support for Miller.
“I was like, ‘Well, it’s about to get a lot better. I’m here!” He said. Hamm also noted the complicated dynamics of the new relationship, jokingly adding, “Team Ciara, for sure, tricky manifestations of behavior there.”
Fans of Summer House can continue to follow the unfolding drama as the new season airs on Bravo every Tuesday and streams on Peacock the following day. Meanwhile, Hamm is busy promoting the second season of Your Friends & Neighbors, which premieres on Apple TV+ on April 3 and has already been renewed for a third season.
The show, a dark comedy set in a suburban neighborhood, stars Amanda Peet, Olivia Munn, and Mark Tallman, exploring the secrets and conflicts among residents. Hamm, who also executive produces the series, has recently appeared in the latest season of The Morning Show.
Miller’s post gives fans a glimpse of her reaction to a complex personal situation while balancing her role on reality TV, showing that even stars need time to process unexpected changes in their social circles.
