Dakota Johnson’s Gym Trip Interrupted by Unexpected Parking Ticket
Dakota Johnson had a small setback after her workout in Studio City, California, on Monday, March 23. The actress was leaving the Tracy Anderson gym when she noticed a parking ticket on her car windshield.
She didn’t seem too bothered, using the yellow slip to partially cover her face as she got into her vehicle. For her gym day, Johnson wore a practical yet stylish outfit. She had on black high-waisted leggings with a gray sports bra and a gray hoodie casually draped over her shoulders. White crew socks, Nike sneakers, hoop earrings, and dark sunglasses completed the look.
This wasn’t her first run-in with parking enforcement at the same location. She had reportedly received another ticket at the Studio City gym. Despite the repeated tickets, she stayed focused on her routine, keeping her hair in a neat bun for her workout.

Outside the gym, Dakota Johnson has been busy with her career. She recently launched a global campaign for Calvin Klein, promoting their 90s-inspired denim and ultralight underwear collections alongside her trainer, Megan Roup. The campaign has already gained attention for its minimalist aesthetic.
She is also preparing for an exciting film year. Johnson stars in the upcoming psychological thriller Verity, based on Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel. She plays Lowen Ashleigh, a writer who uncovers dark secrets while ghostwriting for a famous author played by Anne Hathaway. Josh Hartnett also stars, and the movie is set to hit theaters on October 2.
Fans can also see her in the romantic comedy Materialists, directed by Celine Song. The film follows a love triangle in New York City’s elite matchmaking scene and features Chris Evans and Pedro Pascal.
Johnson’s other project, the intimate drama Daddio with Sean Penn, recently found a new streaming home on Hulu starting in April. The movie, which takes place during a single taxi ride from JFK airport, earned praise for her vulnerable performance.
In addition to her busy film schedule, Johnson continues to work with TeaTime Pictures, maintaining a strong presence in both fashion and film. Even with a few parking tickets slowing her down, she keeps moving forward and shows no signs of letting small setbacks affect her momentum.
