Demi Moore (63) Debuts Extremely Slim Look as Ozempic Speculation Spreads
Demi Moore drew plenty of attention when she stepped onto the red carpet at the South by Southwest on March 12. The actress attended the world premiere of her new movie, I Love Boosters, in Austin, and many people online quickly started talking about her appearance.
Moore, who is 63, wore a stylish wrap dress from Saint Laurent. The outfit had a high slit on the leg and a bright orange sash that stood out on the red carpet. Photos from the event began circulating on social media and entertainment sites, which led to new conversations about how slim the actress looked.

Some social media users once again brought up speculation about her weight after noticing her slender frame. Similar comments appeared earlier this month when Moore attended the AARP Movies for Grownups Awards. Despite the online chatter, the actress did not respond to the rumors and focused on celebrating the premiere with the cast and crew.
Moore spent time posing for photos with director Boots Riley. Her companion for the evening also grabbed attention. She arrived with her tiny chihuahua, Pilaf, who weighs just about 1.2 pounds and often joins her at big public events.
Her co-star Keke Palmer also made an impression on the red carpet. Palmer wore a bright yellow halter gown that highlighted her athletic figure and quickly became another talking point among fans and photographers.

The movie being celebrated at the festival is a satirical crime story. In I Love Boosters, a group of shoplifters called the Velvet Gang decides to target a powerful fashion mogul played by Moore.
The idea for the story comes from a 2006 song by Riley’s music group, The Coup. In the song, a “booster” is described as someone who steals items from retail stores and then sells them cheaply on the street.
The premiere also comes during a strong moment in Moore’s career. She recently earned major praise for her performance in the horror movie The Substance. That role brought her a Best Actress nomination at the Academy Awards in 2025. The award eventually went to Mikey Madison for her work in Anora.
Moore is expected to stay busy this year. Reports say she will soon receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She has also recently appeared in the television series Landman, created by Taylor Sheridan.
The cast of I Love Boosters includes several well-known actors such as Naomi Ackie, Taylour Paige, Eiza González, and LaKeith Stanfield. Early reactions from critics at the festival have been very positive, with many praising the movie’s humor and commentary on fashion and consumer culture.
The film will open in theaters through NEON on May 22, just before the Memorial Day weekend. It also marks Riley’s first film since his critically praised movie, Sorry to Bother You, and the series I’m a Virgo.
