Denise Richards is back in court, and this time the focus is on her OnlyFans income. The actress is asking a judge to make sure her ex-husband, Aaron Phypers, does not receive any share of the money she earns online. The request comes as their divorce continues to drag on and turn more tense.

According to court papers obtained by TMZ, Richards says Phypers is trying to get a large cut of her monthly earnings. He claims she makes between $200,000 and $300,000 a month from OnlyFans. Richards argues that he should not be rewarded because he failed to follow the court’s rules.

Richards claims her ex was ordered to submit updated paperwork showing his income and expenses by a set deadline. She says he missed that deadline completely. Because of that, she is asking the judge to deny his request for spousal support and block him from touching her OnlyFans money.

Phypers has previously told the court that he is struggling financially. He said he has had no income since his wellness business shut down in late 2024. At the same time, he reported having large monthly bills that he can’t easily cover. Richards does not seem convinced and wants the court to focus on what she calls her hard-earned income.

The judge has not ruled yet, but the situation has added stress to an already painful divorce. Richards has been open about how hard the past year has been. She has described 2025 as one of the most emotional periods of her life and said the breakup left her feeling deeply hurt and betrayed.

Even with the legal mess, Richards is staying busy. She recently returned to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as a friend of the cast in season 15. On the show, she has shared more details about the divorce and how it has affected her personal life. While her reality show, Denise Richards and Her Wild Things, ended after one season in 2025, she still has strong support from Bravo fans.

Looking ahead, Richards continues to work. She is set to appear in the indie drama A Walking Miracle, which is expected to be released in late 2026. She is also booked for fan events, including an appearance at Supanova Comic Con in Australia in early 2026.

At 54, Richards says her main focus is her future and her three daughters. She has thanked her close friends and family for helping her through restraining order hearings and the early shock of the divorce. While the court fight is not over yet, she seems determined to protect her income and move forward on her own terms.
