Actress Millie Bobby Brown recently spoke about a personal belief that she may have lived a past life. The conversation happened during a joint interview with her Enola Holmes 3 co-star Louis Partridge.

Brown said she feels a strong connection to a past identity and described it in detail during the discussion. She claimed she believes she was once a soldier in a previous life and that her death came in a violent way. She linked this idea to a birthmark on her lower back.

She explained her reasoning in a direct way, saying, “Oh, I actually know exactly who I was. I died… Basically, I have a birthmark [on] my lower back, the very bottom of my kind of spine, which is obviously meant to be the way that you died in your past life.”

Brown then described how she thinks that death may have happened. She said she believes she may have been killed in war using a sword in a way that left her paralyzed. She suggested this was a method used to cause slow death. She added, “In war, some, well, I don’t know if this happened a lot or not, but… to kill people but make them have a painful death, they would put swords up people’s spines. So they were completely paralyzed, but they would obviously kind of die, and that’s how I think I died. So I think I might have been a soldier.”

She also said she believes she was male in that past life and added another detail about her identity, saying she thinks she was a closeted gay man at the time. Her comments were presented as personal belief rather than proven fact.

Her co-star Louis Partridge responded differently during the interview. He said he does not believe in past lives at all. Brown reacted simply to his answer, saying, “Okay, well, that ends that then.”

The discussion then moved toward broader ideas about life after death. When asked what she believes happens after death, Brown gave a short and clear answer. She said, “You go to heaven. That’s what I believe.”

The interview did not include any scientific discussion of past lives or historical verification of her claims. It was presented as a casual conversation between co-stars promoting their upcoming film.

Brown, known globally for her role in Stranger Things, has spoken in past interviews about her imagination and interest in fantasy storytelling. In this case, she tied those ideas to personal belief rather than fiction. The Capital Buzz interview framed the moment as part of a light and informal exchange, not a formal statement or investigation.

The topic of past lives has been discussed in popular culture for years, but there is no scientific evidence that confirms it. Brown’s comments reflect her personal view and belief system, as she expressed it during the interview.

The conversation ended on a simple note, with two different viewpoints. Brown expressed belief in reincarnation and heaven, while Partridge said he does not share that belief.
