How Chuck Norris $70 Million Estate Will Be Distributed Among 6 Recipients
Chuck Norris’ $70 million estate will be shared among six of his closest family members following his passing on March 19 at the age of 86, according to reports. The legendary martial artist and actor built his fortune through decades of film, television, and business ventures, and his wealth is set to go directly to his wife, Gena O’Kelley, and their five children.
A source close to the family told Page Six that Norris wanted to keep everything clear and fair. “Chuck always made it clear that his wealth should go to the people closest to him, his wife and his children, and that there would be no disputes over his legacy,” the insider said.
The focus on harmony was a key part of his life, making sure his loved ones knew exactly how his estate would be handled. The inheritance includes his wife of nearly 30 years and his children from different relationships, including his 24-year-old twins, Dakota and Danilee.
His older children—Mike, Eric, and Dina, whom he met later in life—are also included. Norris once recalled connecting with Dina after she wrote him a letter saying, “I found out you were my father when I was 16, but my mother said you were married and we shouldn’t interfere with your family.”
After his death, the family released a statement highlighting his personal side over his fame. “To the world, he was a martial artist, actor, and a symbol of strength. To us, he was a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, an incredible brother, and the heart of our family,” they said.
They added that faith and purpose guided his life and that he passed those values on to his heirs. Even in his final days, Norris stayed active. Just days before his death, he celebrated his 86th birthday and posted a video of himself sparring on social media, joking that he wasn’t getting older but “leveling up.”
He continued supporting Kickstart Kids, a program he founded to teach character and discipline to young people through martial arts. Though he stepped back from major film roles in recent years, Norris returned to the screen in the 2024 sci-fi action film Agent Recon, acting alongside Derek Ting and Marc Singer.
His business ventures, including the Lone Wolf Ranch dog food company, continue to operate under family management. From a world-class fighter to a Hollywood icon and internet legend, Chuck Norris built a unique and lasting legacy. He spent his last years enjoying his Texas ranch and Hawaiian home, surrounded by family, pets, and the life he worked so hard to create.
