One line in the trailer sums up the warning he receives along the way. A character tells him, “Don’t ask questions that you don’t want the answers to.”

The series was created by Robert Hull, who also serves as showrunner and executive producer. The story is based on Harlan Coben’s novel, which is known for its mystery and emotional twists.

According to the official series description, David is a man who believes he is guilty in a personal sense, even though he did not commit the crime. He lives with that weight every day in prison. But everything changes when he sees evidence that forces him to question what really happened.

At that point, he makes a choice to escape and search for answers himself.

The trailer also shows another emotional moment where David is convinced that his son is still alive. He says, “Matthew’s out there. I’m gonna find him and bring him home.”

Alongside Sam Worthington, the series includes a large cast. Britt Lower, Milo Ventimiglia, Logan Browning, Erin Richards, Chi McBride, and Jonathan Tucker all appear in major roles. Several guest stars are also part of the show.

Behind the scenes, the series has a long list of producers and directors involved in shaping the project. Robert Hull leads the creative side, while multiple executive producers and directors help bring the story to screen.

I Will Find You is set to premiere on June 18 on Netflix. The trailer suggests a tense crime story built around family, loss, and a search for truth that pushes the main character beyond the limits of the law.
