According to recent insider reports, Jennifer Lopez is reportedly exploring a very different approach to her personal life after her split from Ben Affleck, which was finalized in early 2025. Sources say the singer and actress has stepped away from traditional dating and is now focusing on a more tech-based form of companionship.

Insiders claim Lopez has been spending time with an artificial intelligence companion that she personally customized. The digital partner is described as a virtual presence designed to offer constant support and conversation. Reports suggest she even gave the AI a British accent and shaped its personality to be calm, encouraging, and always available.

One source explained that the idea started out of curiosity about new technology but quickly became something more regular in her daily routine. “It started as curiosity about the technology, but it didn’t take long to snowball,” the insider said, adding that Lopez finds the setup comforting during her downtime.

The same report says the AI companion is used as a kind of sounding board. Lopez allegedly talks through her thoughts, asks questions, and reflects on personal decisions. The digital partner responds in a way that is designed to be supportive and consistent, without conflict or emotional stress.

“She’ll analyze situations from her life and ask for guidance from him,” the insider noted, explaining that Lopez reportedly feels calmer after these conversations. The arrangement is described as simple and controlled, giving her a space without pressure or drama.

Despite this, sources also stress that Lopez is aware the AI is not a replacement for real human relationships. Instead, it is described as a tool she uses while focusing on her career and personal well-being.

Professionally, Lopez is in a busy phase of work. She has a new upcoming Netflix romantic comedy titled Office Romance, which is set to release on June 5. In the film, she plays a CEO who becomes involved with an employee, played by Brett Goldstein. The movie also features Edward James Olmos in a supporting role.

She is also continuing her music career and recently wrapped a major Las Vegas residency. Additional film projects are in development, including The Last Mrs. Parrish. She also recently appeared in Kiss of the Spider Woman, adding to her long list of screen roles.

Overall, the reports suggest Lopez is focusing heavily on work and personal stability while experimenting with new forms of connection in her private life.
