Jessica Biel (44) Not Thrilled About Justin Timberlake (45) Arrest Video but Remains Loyal
Jessica Biel is frustrated after the recent release of police bodycam footage showing her husband, Justin Timberlake, during a past arrest. The 44-year-old actress is standing by Timberlake, but sources tell Page Six that she is unhappy with the timing of the video’s public debut.
The footage, made public on March 20 by the Suffolk County Police Department, dates back to June 18, 2024. Timberlake was pulled over after leaving a restaurant in Sag Harbor and initially faced a DWI charge, which was later resolved with a lesser non-criminal offense.
Sources say Biel and Timberlake had been trying for months to prevent the release, worried it would stir up old headlines. “There’s a reason they pushed back on the footage being released,” a source said, adding, “It obviously doesn’t portray him in the best light.”

Biel, known for being both supportive and honest with her husband, has reportedly expressed her disappointment privately. “She’s supportive of Justin, but she’s also not afraid to express when she’s disappointed in certain decisions.
This was one of those moments,” the source explained. Her main concern, according to insiders, is keeping their family life with sons Silas and Phineas as calm as possible despite the renewed public attention.
The video shows Timberlake telling an officer, “I’m on tour… I’m on a world tour,” followed by, “It’s hard to explain… I’m Justin Timberlake.” While the footage has gone viral, Biel is focusing on her own career momentum.
She recently earned a Critics’ Choice Best Actress nomination for her role in the limited series The Better Sister, where she stars alongside Elizabeth Banks. On the red carpet, she spoke about her love for family life and her enjoyment of attending Timberlake’s concerts despite their busy schedules.
