Jujutsu Kaisen has finally released the first trailer for Season 4, which continues the adaptation of the “Culling Game” arc. The update came after a long period of silence following the end of Season 3 on March 27, 2026, giving fans their first real look at what is next for the series.

The studio confirmed that Season 4 is currently in production. The new trailer focuses on Part 2 of the “Culling Game” storyline, which is expected to bring the arc closer to its conclusion. MAPPA has not announced an exact release date yet, but the reveal confirms that the project is actively moving forward.

The trailer was shown during the livestream and quickly spread online, giving fans a preview of the intense battles still to come. The official social media accounts for Jujutsu Kaisen also teased the new season with the line: “Why can’t you guys just live normal lives!!” The message reflects the chaotic and violent nature of the upcoming story, where sorcerers are forced into a deadly survival game.

Season 4 continues under the direction of Shouta Goshozono as Chief Director, with Takeru Satoh credited as episode director. Character design work is handled by Yousuke Yajima, Hiromi Niwa, and Souta Yamazaki. The production team remains closely tied to MAPPA’s established staff, keeping visual consistency with earlier seasons.

The “Culling Game” arc remains one of the most intense parts of the Jujutsu Kaisen story. It centers on a battle royale-style system where Jujutsu sorcerers are forced to fight each other under strict rules until only one remains. The arc is known for its fast pacing, multiple character fights, and high death count, making it one of the most chaotic sections of the series.

While the trailer is the biggest update so far, fans still do not have a confirmed release window. However, the production timeline suggests that Season 4 may arrive sooner than the gap between previous seasons, which had left viewers waiting nearly two years at times.
