Streaming numbers for the week of April 28–May 4 are in, and one major Netflix thriller has claimed the top spot once again. With billions of minutes watched, this final season made a powerful return, easily beating out the competition.

Several other fan favorites, including a Star Wars series and a post-apocalyptic drama, also saw big jumps in viewership. Below is a full list of the week’s most-watched shows and movies in the U.S., based on Nielsen’s latest streaming rankings.

10. NCIS (659M minutes)

NCIS was the 10th most-watched show across all streaming services that week, accumulating 659 million minutes. NCIS remained a popular binge-watch choice, helped by its large episode library and wide availability across major platforms.

9. The Rookie (670M minutes)

The Rookie was watched for 670 million minutes during the week. It was the 9th most-watched streaming show in the U.S. at that time. The sudden jump in viewership can most likely be attributed to the release of the new season.

8. Spongebob Squarepants (673M minutes)

SpongeBob SquarePants was watched for 673 million minutes during the week of April 28 to May 4, 2025, according to Nielsen. This made it the 8th most-watched streaming show in the U.S. during that time. The show is available on Paramount+.

Even after more than 25 years, SpongeBob SquarePants continues to be popular. It remains one of the most-watched kids’ shows on Paramount+ and has a strong fan base. The show’s continued success is evident in its high streaming numbers.

4. Bluey (870M minutes)

Over the past several months, Bluey has consistently ranked among the top 10 most-streamed shows in the U.S. The show’s popularity has been bolstered by the release of new episodes and specials.

3. Grey’s Anatomy (927M minutes)
