Mikey Madison Trades Couture Florals for Sharp Navy Tailoring in Paris for ‘The Social Reckoning’
Few awards-season winners step away from the spotlight as thoroughly as Mikey Madison did after her ‘Anora’ triumph. She largely avoided events and front-row seats after the win, and she famously isn’t on social media. That has made every public appearance on her current press tour feel like a rare event.
The tour has been a showcase for a wardrobe that is anything but predictable. On day one of press, she appeared in a brown set with a fitted blazer and short skirt, her hair swept up. In London on Sept. 29, she walked the carpet at the UK gala screening in a butter-yellow Standing Ground couture gown, and in Paris she wore an embellished black Dior Haute Couture gown with floral embroidery.
Now there is a new look to talk about. Film Crave posted two photos of Madison on X on Oct. 3 for ‘The Social Reckoning‘ press in Paris, crediting Andrew Mukamal, who is her stylist. The ensemble is a fitted navy short-sleeved jacket-style top with a notched collar, covered buttons down the front and a peplum hem, worn over a black asymmetric skirt that sweeps higher at the front.

She finished the outfit with sheer black thigh-high stockings and navy peep-toe stiletto heels, with her long dark hair falling in loose waves. A delicate bracelet and drop earrings keep the accessories minimal. The post does not name the designer, but the structured shoulders and cinched waist make the tailoring the focus.
It is a sharp change of pace from the Paris premiere. At Pathé Palace on Oct. 1, Madison wore a floor-length Dior Spring 2026 Haute Couture gown with an off-the-shoulder neckline and floral embroidery in pink, lavender and pale blue. Red Carpet Fashion Awards noted that the black base was fully embellished, a detail that does not immediately register in photographs.
The navy tailoring echoes day one more than the couture does. Her first press look was also built around structure, with a fitted blazer, short skirt and sheer black tights. The dark palette and cinched shapes suggest she and Mukamal are comfortable returning to a silhouette that works for her.
Jewelry has been another through line. Madison serves as a campaign star and ambassador for Tiffany & Co., and she has worn the brand’s pieces on the carpet in both London and Paris. Tom + Lorenzo said she and her co-star Jeremy Allen White course-corrected in Paris after some bizarre choices in London, a verdict that reflects how closely her looks are being watched.

The attention makes sense given the film. ‘The Social Reckoning’ is Aaron Sorkin’s companion piece to ‘The Social Network,’ with Madison playing Frances Haugen, the Facebook engineer who blew the whistle on the company’s secrets. White plays Wall Street Journal reporter Jeff Horwitz, and Jeremy Strong takes over as Mark Zuckerberg from Jesse Eisenberg.
For Madison, the stakes are high. It is her first big-screen appearance since her Oscar-winning performance in ‘Anora,’ and the reception matters doubly for her. Sony will release the film in theaters on Oct. 9, which leaves a few more days of press.
If the navy set is any indication, fans can expect more polished looks before opening night.
