Netflix Unveils ‘KPop Demon Hunters: The Immersive Experience,’ Here’s Everything Fans Need to Know

Netflix has spent the past year turning its most successful animated film ever into a genuine cultural phenomenon, with its soundtrack dominating charts and its characters becoming household names well beyond the screen. That kind of staying power has pushed the streamer to think bigger about how fans can actually engage with the world it created.

That ambition has been building since earlier this summer, when Netflix first teased plans to bring the film’s universe into its physical Netflix House locations. Fans have been waiting for concrete details ever since, and the streamer has now delivered exactly that.

Netflix has officially unveiled ‘KPop Demon Hunters: The Immersive Experience,’ a ticketed attraction opening November 12 at Netflix House Dallas and November 20 at Netflix House Philadelphia. The experience places guests directly inside the world of HUNTR/X, beginning backstage with the fictional K-pop group as they prepare for a stop on their world tour.

Once the demonic villain Gwi-Ma interrupts opening night, visitors will join HUNTR/X on a mission to restore the Honmoon and hunt demons across a neon-lit recreation of Seoul. General tickets start at $39, with children’s tickets beginning at $34, while a VIP package is also available starting at $89 on weekdays and $99 on weekends.

According to details shared by Netflix, the attraction will blend interactive sets, screens, 3D technology, live actors, and animation to bring the story to life around guests as it unfolds. Music- and play-based challenges will drive the narrative forward, all set against songs from the film’s soundtrack, including fan favorites “How It’s Done,” “Soda Pop,” and “Golden.”

Puppetry also plays a role in the experience, with a puppet of Derpy Tiger developed alongside the Henson Creature Shop giving fans a chance to interact with one of the film’s most beloved characters in person. Both locations will additionally offer themed food and drinks, new merchandise, and exclusive photo opportunities tied to the experience’s launch.

Marian Lee, Netflix’s chief marketing officer, spoke to the thinking behind bringing the film’s world into physical spaces. “Fans don’t just want to watch ‘KPop Demon Hunters,’ they want to live in the world of HUNTR/X. Netflix House is where fandoms like this get to live year-round, so it’s the perfect home for everything KPop Demon Hunters fans have been asking for,” Lee said in comments given to Netflix’s Tudum.

That sentiment reflects a broader strategy for Netflix House, which the streamer has positioned as a rotating, ever-changing entertainment venue built around whatever franchise currently has audiences hooked. This new experience will replace the Wednesday-themed attraction at the Philadelphia location and the Stranger Things experience currently running in Dallas.

Ticket access rolls out in stages ahead of the November openings. Mastercard credit card holders can purchase tickets starting today, September 22, followed by a presale for Netflix members beginning September 29, with tickets opening to the general public on October 1.

That staggered rollout mirrors the excitement already surrounding the film itself, which has surpassed 670,000,000 views since its June 2025 debut and went on to win the Oscar for Best Animated Feature, along with a historic Best Original Song win for “Golden,” the first K-pop song ever to take home that award.

With the soundtrack continuing to dominate charts and the film cementing itself as Netflix’s most-watched movie in history, turning HUNTR/X’s story into a physical, interactive experience feels like a natural next step for the franchise’s continued growth. Netflix has also hinted that more pop-up events and experiences tied to the film are still to come worldwide.

Given how quickly this franchise has become a genuine cultural force, it’s easy to imagine fans lining up in droves once tickets officially go on sale.
