What started as a movie trilogy back in the late 70s and the early 80s today is known as one of the biggest and most expanded franchises of all time. Since its inception, the ‘Star Wars’ saga has spawned movies, animated and live-action television series, comics, video games, and basically any other sort of media you can think of at this moment. While the franchise is most known for its movies and series that have been dropping on Disney+ since 2019, the franchise also spawned a good number of animated series and content that is suited for the youngest fans.

One such series is ‘Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures,’ which premiered earlier this year on Disney+ and Disney Junior. The series is primarily suited for children, which is why it also has educational features. The series follows a group of younglings as they’re learning to become Jedi Knights during the High Republic era, 200 years before the events of ‘Episode I — The Phantom Menace.’ The series features characters called Kai Brightstar, Nash Durango, Lys Solay, Nubs, RJ-83, and Master Yoda also appears in the series.

New ‘Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures’ episodes are coming soon!

The official Star Wars website recently announced that ‘Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures’ will return with more episodes on November 8, 2023. Currently, 13 episodes of the series are available on Disney+, and the last one premiered on August 2! The upcoming episodes will also be a part of the first season, and more episodes are also set to arrive next year.

The Walt Disney Company initially started as a company that developed content primarily for children, which is why they’re known for countless acclaimed animated movies. It also explains why franchises like Star Wars and the Marvel Cinematic Universe are their most popular franchises since these are the franchises that are very appealing to younger viewers. Still, they also had a whole army of adult fans, which keeps the popularity of these franchises at such a high level even after all these years.

The first 13 episodes of ‘Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures’ are now streaming on Disney+, along with all the possible live-action and animated ‘Star Wars’ content you can think of.
