Outback Steakhouse Crashes the ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ Food Frenzy With a Doom-Green Teaser
The ‘Avengers: Doomsday‘ and Outback Steakhouse collab is the latest sign that Marvel’s marketing machine has gone fully global. Over the past couple of weeks, chains from coffee shops to fast-food giants have lined up to put Doctor Doom’s signature green on everything from donuts to burgers.
Most of those partners have been quick-service names, which made a sit-down steakhouse feel like an unexpected addition. Dunkin’ kicked things off with 6 character-inspired drinks and themed donuts, while Jack in the Box launched a Doomsday Dipping Box that comes with a blind-bagged collectible magnet.
Now Outback has stepped into the spotlight with a first look at its own crossover. A 14-second teaser pairs the Marvel and Outback branding with glowing green light that matches the Doom-heavy look of the film’s wider campaign. The clip doesn’t spell out a menu on its own, but the mood is unmistakable.

The footage shows a hooded silhouette in front of a glowing green circular symbol. They also point to what looks like a tomahawk steak with a Thor-style handle, plus on-screen text suggesting a hero is returning. That combination was enough to get fans guessing that the God of Thunder would be the centerpiece.
Those guesses were largely confirmed once Outback Korea’s accounts announced the collaboration with Marvel Studios. The Doomsday menu is set to arrive on November 10. The headline item is a massive bone-in steak designed to resemble Thor’s hammer, Mjolnir, with the bone doubling as the handle.
It is exactly the kind of oversized, photo-ready dish that tends to travel fast across social feeds. Outback is also reportedly serving more than just the steak.
The lineup includes a shrimp pasta and a tomato-and-cheese dish. For dessert there is a chocolate dome decorated with Doctor Doom’s emblem. A layered green-and-red iced drink rounds things out.
Details on pricing and collectibles haven’t been announced. It is also unclear whether the menu will reach other countries, so fans outside South Korea shouldn’t book a table just yet.
A Crowded Field of Doom-Themed Menus
Outback is arriving in a very busy lane. KFC’s lineup features a Doom Burger on a black sesame bun, smoky green mayo and a seasoning called Doom Dust. It also includes 5 collectible Colonel Sanders figures dressed as characters from the film. In the U.K., that menu runs through January, while the United States will miss out.
Burger King India has gone green too, with a Doomsday Whopper served on black glazed buns. Dave & Buster’s has temporarily rebranded itself as Doom & Buster’s, complete with themed zones, Marvel games and a cocktail lineup.
Dunkin’ is pushing the hardest on the experiential side. Four of its restaurants are turning into Marvel-themed destinations in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and Boston beginning November 17. The chain also has a commercial featuring Channing Tatum reprising Gambit alongside the Fantastic Four’s robotic companion H.E.R.B.I.E.

All of this food-based fanfare is building toward a film that has already taken a long road to theaters. ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ was originally scheduled for May 1, 2026 before Disney moved it to December 18, giving the production more time to finish. The first trailer arrived on July 20.
The story brings the Avengers, the Wakandans, the Fantastic Four, the New Avengers and the original X-Men together to take on Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom. Anthony and Joe Russo are back in the director’s chair. The cast list is enormous, with names including Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Channing Tatum, Pedro Pascal, Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen.
The film will also open on the same day as ‘Dune 3’, setting up a box office showdown that some have nicknamed “Dunesday.” With that kind of competition, Marvel is clearly leaning on every partnership it can to keep Doom in front of audiences. A steak shaped like Mjolnir is a pretty memorable way to do it.
