‘Revenge of the Sith’ Novel Gets Special 20th Anniversary Edition
Star Wars fans have something new to get excited about. Lucasfilm just announced a special deluxe edition of the Revenge of the Sith novel, written by Matthew Stover. This is to celebrate the book’s 20th anniversary, and it’s known as one of the best Star Wars novelizations ever.
“We couldn’t be more excited to publish this incredible deluxe edition of the Revenge of the Sith novelization,” said Tom Hoeler from Random House Worlds.
This new version of the book comes with beautiful upgrades. It includes:
- A shiny acetate jacket with foil stamping
- A special book case
- Gilded and stained edges
- Full-color end papers
- A red ribbon bookmark
But the best part? It includes over 150 notes from the author, Matthew Stover. These annotations give fans a behind-the-scenes look at how the book was made and what inspired the writing.
‘Revenge of the Sith’ will be back in theaters on April 25, but the book is being released this Fall.
Hoeler added, “It has been thrilling to work with author Matthew Stover and Lucasfilm to create a fully annotated edition that gives readers unprecedented insight to the creation of this masterpiece.”
