Barbershop (franchise)

The Barbershop franchise is an American comedy series consisting of four theatrical films and a spin-off TV series. Based on an original story by Mark Brown, it follows the social lives and experiences of employees at a barbershop on Chicago’s South Side. The franchise received generally positive reviews and has grossed more than $235 million worldwide.
