Best Medicine (TV series)

Best Medicine is an American medical comedy-drama based on the British series *Doc Martin*, which premiered on Fox in January 2026. It follows Dr. Martin Best, a brilliant but brusque Boston surgeon who moves to the small Maine fishing village of Port Wenn to run a private practice. While treating unusual medical cases, Martin struggles to fit into the community and cope with a pathological blood phobia stemming from his sister’s childhood death.
