Sweetpea (TV series)

Sweetpea is a British dark comedy-drama created by Kirstie Swain and based on C. J. Skuse’s 2017 novel, starring Ella Purnell as Rhiannon Lewis.
After years of bullying and a series of personal setbacks, Rhiannon develops a disturbing penchant for murder while working at a local newspaper in the fictional town of Carnsham.
The second season, premiering in November 2026, follows Rhiannon after a promotion as she faces a new romance, a potential killer exposing her secrets, and doubts about whether she has truly become a monster.
