The Furious (Movie)

The Furious (Chinese: 火遮眼) is a 2025 English-language Hong Kong action film directed by Kenji Tanigaki. It follows an ordinary father, played by Xie Miao, who teams up with journalist Navin (Joe Taslim) to take down a criminal empire after his daughter is kidnapped. The film also stars Brian Le, Joey Iwanaga, Yayan Ruhian, and Jeeja Yanin.

It premiered at the 50th Toronto International Film Festival on 6 September 2025 and was released in Hong Kong on 12 June 2026. The film has received strong critical praise.
