The Traitors (TV series)

The Traitors is an American reality competition series based on the Dutch show De Verraders, where contestants compete in a social deduction game filled with alliances, deception, and strategy. Set at Ardross Castle in Scotland, the show follows a group of secretly chosen “Traitors” trying to eliminate the “Faithful” contestants before they are discovered and voted out. Hosted by Alan Cumming, the series premiered on Peacock in 2023 and quickly became a hit, leading to multiple renewals. The upcoming fifth season, titled The Traitors: New Blood, will introduce the show’s first all-civilian cast and premiere on NBC in September 2026.
