War Machine (Franchise)

War Machine follows a staff sergeant who is sent to assist his brother’s convoy in Afghanistan, where they are suddenly attacked by Taliban forces. The attack leaves everyone dead except the sergeant, who survives with a serious knee injury while his brother is fatally wounded. He tries to carry his brother back to safety but collapses before reaching help. The experience becomes a traumatic turning point that feeds into the film’s larger story involving a later encounter with an otherworldly killing machine during military training.
