Wilson Bethel Teases New Bullseye Suit in ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Season 3
Wilson Bethel is teasing a new direction for Bullseye in Daredevil: Born Again Season 3, and fans are already trying to piece together what it means for Dex’s upgraded look.
The update comes from Bethel’s recent Instagram post, where the actor shared a short video filmed on set in New York. While he does not fully reveal the costume, the footage gives a closer look at parts of Bullseye’s new design, including his hand and wrist area. The details suggest a more armored style, along with a clearer bullseye symbol placed on his hand.
The new look appears to be another step in the character’s evolution after several changes across the series. In earlier appearances, Dex was introduced in Daredevil Season 3 as a disturbed FBI agent who ends up impersonating Daredevil under Wilson Fisk’s influence. When Daredevil: Born Again launched, the character returned with a suit that referenced his comic book design, but it did not fully match the classic version fans expected.
The current direction of the character also seems tied to his evolving role in the wider story.
That shift opens the door for a very different version of Bullseye compared to earlier seasons. With government involvement, the character could be moving into more structured operations rather than chaotic personal missions. Fans have also noticed that the new aesthetic shown in the teaser does not look far from other recent MCU designs, including the New Avengers suits seen in Thunderbolts post-credit scenes.
As production continues in New York, there is still no full reveal of the suit or how it will look in action. However, the combination of Bethel’s teaser and the story direction suggests Season 3 may finally bring a more comic-accurate Bullseye to live-action.
Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 is expected to premiere next year, continuing the ongoing conflict in New York between Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk, with Dex once again caught in the middle of the chaos.
