Zendaya Is Officially the New Face of Prada Beauty’s Boldest Fragrance Yet
Beauty campaigns have become just as much a part of a movie star’s brand as the films themselves, and few actresses currently command that kind of dual spotlight quite like Zendaya. Between two major theatrical releases and a packed press circuit, she’s managed to make even her skincare and fragrance choices feel like part of the larger cultural conversation surrounding her.
That instinct for effortless, ever-evolving style has now translated into her latest brand partnership. Zendaya has spent this stretch of the year juggling promotional duties for both Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey’ and ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day,’ turning heads with standout looks at premieres for both films while consistently favoring one beauty brand throughout the entire run.
That loyalty has now become official. Zendaya has been named the new face of Prada Beauty’s Paradoxe Sweet Chemistry campaign, joining her husband Tom Holland and fellow ambassador Bella Hadid as representatives for the fragrance line.
The campaign imagery leans into Zendaya’s signature chameleon-like versatility, presenting her in two distinct looks that echo the shape-shifting energy she’s brought to red carpets all year. In one striking shot, she poses in a silky pink dress while delicately holding the fragrance’s triangular bottle, styled with a voluminous Old Hollywood bob and soft, bronzed glam makeup.
Speaking about what drew her to the partnership, Zendaya explained in comments shared via press release and reported by Hello Magazine that she loves how Paradoxe celebrates complexity, capturing both strength and vulnerability without trying to define or frame someone. She added that fragrance choices reflect how people move through the world, and that joining the brand felt like a natural extension of a scent she’d already loved wearing long before being approached about the partnership.
Rosa Carriço, Global President of Prada Beauty, echoed that sentiment in the same press materials, describing Zendaya as the embodiment of Prada Paradoxe. Carriço praised the actress’s commitment to authenticity alongside her ability to capture the essence of the current cultural moment, calling her energy multidimensional and perfectly aligned with what she described as the Prada woman’s perpetual evolution.
The campaign’s accompanying video was directed by Academy Award winner Barry Jenkins, adding another layer of prestige to what’s already shaping up as one of the more high-profile beauty partnerships of the year. That creative pairing fits neatly into Zendaya’s broader 2026, a year defined by an unusually packed release schedule and an equally packed roster of brand collaborations.
Paradoxe Sweet Chemistry itself marks the newest addition to Prada’s popular Paradoxe fragrance line, following 2022’s original Paradoxe and last year’s Paradoxe Radical Essence. Described as a fruity floral gourmand scent, the fragrance opens with a blackcurrant syrup accord before unfolding into a radiant orange blossom heart, finishing with a creamy neroli milk base.
This latest beauty deal arrives alongside an already busy stretch of red carpet appearances for Zendaya, including a striking angel-wing gown for ‘The Odyssey’ and a custom spider-inspired couture look for the ‘Brand New Day’ premiere circuit. Throughout both press tours, she’s consistently worn Prada Beauty products on her face as well, reinforcing just how closely tied her personal style has become to the brand ahead of this official announcement.
With her fragrance ambassadorship now confirmed alongside two major film releases dominating headlines, Zendaya’s 2026 is shaping up to be one of the most visible and versatile stretches of her career yet.
