Elon Musk Responds to Billie Eilish’s Profanity-Laced Attack After She Called Him “Pathetic”
Pop star Billie Eilish has called out Elon Musk after news surfaced that he could become the first trillionaire in history. Eilish, who often speaks out on social issues, shared her criticism in a profanity-filled Instagram post.
The attention comes after Tesla shareholders approved a plan that could make Musk’s shares worth trillions if the company meets certain financial goals over the next ten years. If the plan succeeds, Tesla could be valued at $8.5 trillion, with Musk owning about a quarter of the company.
The company’s goals include growing subscriptions to its self-driving software to 10 million and selling one million humanoid robots. Musk called the plan “not merely a new chapter of the future of Tesla, but a whole new book” during a shareholder meeting.
In her post, Eilish shared slides from the My Voice, My Choice campaign, which suggested Musk use his wealth to help global causes. Recommendations included spending $40 billion a year to fight hunger, $10 billion annually to vaccinate newborns for the next 100 years, and $53.2 billion to rebuild Gaza.
She also included a direct message to Musk, calling him “f**** pathetic p**** b*** coward.”
Musk responded briefly on X, writing about Eilish, “She’s not the sharpest tool in the shed.”

This public exchange highlights how wealthy figures and celebrities can clash on social media over money and responsibility. It also shows how quickly such disagreements can grab headlines.
