Shocking Claim: Court Docs Allege Riley Keough Is Biological Parent of John Travolta’s Son
Riley Keough has been named in a shocking new claim, with court documents alleging that she is the biological mother of John Travolta’s youngest son, Ben.
The documents, obtained by Page Six on December 17, appear as part of a lawsuit filed by Brigitte Kruse, a former business partner of Priscilla Presley.
Kruse claims that Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, used Keough’s eggs to conceive Ben, who was born in 2010. According to the filing, Keough allegedly received between $10,000 and $20,000 and an old Jaguar as part of the arrangement.
The lawsuit states that Keough, now 36, agreed to provide her eggs after her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, had previously offered hers to the couple. Kruse claims that Lisa Marie later withdrew, and Travolta and Preston decided not to use her eggs because of concerns over her past drug use.
These claims appear in an amended lawsuit initially brought by Kruse and Kevin Fialko against Priscilla Presley’s son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, alleging breach of contract. The suit also claims, “the entire Presley family clamoured for control of the estate and for pay-outs, using plaintiffs Kruse and Fialko as both negotiators and mediators” following Lisa Marie Presley’s death in 2023.
Priscilla Presley’s attorney, Marty Singer, has denied the allegations. In a statement to Us Weekly, he said, “These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case,” and added, “Kruse has demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”
So far, representatives for Keough and Travolta have not responded to requests for comment. Travolta, 71, shares three children with Preston: the late Jett, Ella Bleu, 25, and Ben, 15.
This case has stirred major public interest and raises many questions about family, privacy, and celebrity life. Personally, it’s hard to separate the legal claims from the family dynamics, and it shows how complicated these high-profile lives can be. What do you think about these claims?
