Denise Richards and her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, have officially been evicted from their Los Angeles rental home due to unpaid rent, Us Weekly reports.

The eviction was finalized on December 26, when a Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted landlord John Karan possession of the six-bedroom, five-bathroom Calabasas property. The couple reportedly owes $84,000 in back rent, though the court has yet to decide on additional damages.

Richards, 54, had already moved out of the home in late 2023 amid ongoing marital issues and rented several townhomes for herself. Phypers, 53, continued living at the property with his parents and brother.

Richards claimed Phypers had damaged the house after she left, though sources close to him denied the allegations and said improvements had been made since her departure.

The eviction coincides with Phypers seeking spousal support from Richards. Court filings show he claims monthly expenses exceeding $100,000, including rent, groceries, healthcare, dining out, and household costs.

He also reported owing approximately $850,000 to various creditors. Phypers argued that Richards earns over $250,000 per month through OnlyFans, television appearances, and other work, and asked the court to order support to help him cover his expenses.

Richards and Phypers married in 2018, after dating while Phypers was still going through a divorce from Nicollette Sheridan. Phypers filed for divorce from Richards in July, citing irreconcilable differences. Richards has been active on OnlyFans since 2022, supporting her daughter Sami and generating a significant income from the platform.

In addition to financial disputes, Richards has obtained legal protection against Phypers. In July, she was granted a temporary restraining order against him, alleging repeated domestic violence, strangulation, multiple concussions, death threats, and digital surveillance. Phypers has denied all claims. In November, Richards secured a five-year restraining order, ensuring longer-term protection.

This eviction highlights the ongoing legal and personal conflicts between the former couple. The situation underscores the complex mix of financial and safety issues that can arise during high-profile divorces.
