Lizzo Stuns on Valentine’s Day While Holding Hands with Boyfriend Myke Wright
Lizzo rang in Valentine’s Day with a sweet outing alongside her boyfriend, Myke Wright, in Los Angeles on Saturday, February 14. The 37-year-old singer, known for hits like Good as Hell, held hands with Wright as they left a restaurant, showing off her festive holiday spirit in a bright red top, black leggings, and furry red heels.
Myke, an artist and TV personality, kept it casual with a black-and-white jacket over a white T-shirt and black pants. Lizzo and Myke have been together since 2022, but they officially made their relationship public in February 2023 at a pre-Grammys party. The couple has generally kept their romance private, though they have been spotted together at high-profile events such as the 2025 Baby2Baby Gala.
Earlier this year, Lizzo attended the opening of Myke’s first solo art show, Assorted Flavors, at the Weinstein Gallery in Los Angeles. She wore a striking gold dress while admiring his work. Lizzo is my biggest fan and my greatest support, Wright told PEOPLE previously, highlighting how their friendship has grown into a solid relationship.
Outside of her love life, Lizzo has been navigating a busy and transformative period. In December 2025, she celebrated a major legal win when a Los Angeles judge dismissed her fat-shaming and weight-based discrimination lawsuit against former backup dancers. This fat-shaming claim has haunted me since the day it came out, she shared on social media, adding that enduring it in silence had been devastating.
The singer has also focused on her health and wellness. She recently showcased a significant weight transformation, describing it as a weight release rather than a loss. Lizzo explained that she worked on lowering her BMI and improving her blood pressure following a tough period of depression in 2023. Now, when people see me on stage, they see themselves, she said in a documentary about her career and personal journey.
Looking ahead, Lizzo has several big projects lined up for 2026. She is set to host a special variety show, Lizzo & Friends, at the Netflix Is A Joke Fest on May 7 at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. The event will feature music and comedy, with appearances from Eric André, Nikki Glaser, and Myke Wright. She is also rumored to be planning a new music era following her recent single, Love in Real Life.
Beyond entertainment, Lizzo continues to expand her business ventures. Her shapewear brand, Yitty, and her lifestyle platform, Me In Real Life, remain active outlets for her to share wellness tips, including her pilates routines and reflections on self-acceptance. Balancing a thriving career with her relationship, Lizzo appears to be entering a year of both personal growth and professional milestones.
It’s exciting to see Lizzo embracing all parts of her life, music, comedy, wellness, and love. She’s proving that she can grow and evolve while staying authentic.
