67-Year-Old Angela Bassett Wows in Elegant Black and Gold Gown

She remains a lead on the procedural drama 9-1-1, playing Sergeant Athena Grant-Nash while also serving as an executive producer. Her production company, Bassett Vance Productions, helped launch the spin-off 9-1-1: Nashville in October 2025, which has quickly become a network favorite.
