Halsey’s Micro Minidress Meets Vintage Converse Boots for a Trendy Twist
Halsey wowed fans at the Tecate Pa’l Norte festival in Monterrey, Mexico, delivering a performance that was as visually striking as it was musical. Known for pushing boundaries with her style, the singer chose an outfit that perfectly mixed punk attitude with vintage-inspired elegance.
The combination of textures and bold design choices reinforced why she is considered one of the most visually creative performers in music today. The main piece of her look was an olive-green micro minidress with burgundy accents on the collar and pocket flaps.
The dress had a structured, button-down design that gave it a slightly utilitarian feel, while the short hemline added a daring, edgy touch. To make the outfit even more distinctive, Halsey paired it with black patterned net tights from Wolford, which added texture and stood out against the muted green tones.

She appeared in the slasher movie MaXXXine, the final part of Ti West’s horror trilogy, and also starred in a modern western alongside Sydney Sweeney and Paul Walter Hauser. These roles have allowed her to explore themes of identity and resilience, while also growing her presence in the film industry.
Her performances in Mexico show that she is returning to the global stage with renewed energy and focus. With upcoming film projects and the ongoing success of The Great Impersonator, Halsey is proving that she continues to be a major force in entertainment.
