How Real Is Sydney Sweeney’s Macrophilia ‘Euphoria’ Scene? OnlyFans Giantess Creator Weighs In
The latest episode of Euphoria has sparked debate online after Sydney Sweeney’s character Cassie was shown exploring “giantess” content through her OnlyFans storyline, including a surreal fantasy sequence where she appears towering over Los Angeles like a giant.
The scene quickly gained attention from viewers, but it also drew reactions from people familiar with the real-life niche. One of them is Amira Evans, a 26-year-old OnlyFans creator who specializes in “giantess” content and reportedly earns significant income from custom fetish requests. Her content often includes roleplay scenarios using dolls to simulate size differences, similar to what is shown in Cassie’s storyline.
Evans said the show’s depiction of the fetish itself is not far from reality. She explained, “Men really do ask for this stuff, and it’s very common. These things do happen … and the men love it.”
She also described some of the custom requests she receives from subscribers, including scenarios where she pretends a doll represents a person and then interacts with it in exaggerated size-based fantasy situations.
However, Evans pointed out that while the fetish element in Cassie’s storyline feels accurate, the character’s overall success as an OnlyFans creator is not realistic. In the show, Cassie rapidly gains popularity and financial success, something Evans says is far from typical in the real world.
She said, “I know younger women would watch Euphoria and think that if they start an OnlyFans, they can afford to pay $50,000 for flowers. That’s not the case. I know that most creators earn less than minimum wage. It really takes a long time to build up earning decent money. There is no way someone can earn $50,000 in the first month unless they are at celebrity status, or already have a large following, such as famous actresses or rappers that have started their OnlyFans, like Bhad Bhabie.”

Evans also addressed the reaction to the storyline online, noting that some viewers were upset by the portrayal of OnlyFans and fetish content in Euphoria. Still, she believes the scene itself is not harmful or unusual.
She commented, “I read some of the comments online and some people were so angry and upset that [Euphoria] featured OnlyFans and were calling OnlyFans creators all sorts of things.” She added that she does not think the backlash is necessary and believes the storyline could even help normalize certain fetishes in a broader sense.
While Cassie’s “giantess” fantasy fits within the show’s exaggerated and surreal storytelling style, real creators like Evans say the actual industry behind such content is much slower, more competitive, and far less glamorous than what is shown on screen.
