Spider-Man: Brand New Day is getting ready to bring Peter Parker back to theaters, and fans now have a new look at the upcoming Marvel movie through a special poster collection designed for different viewing experiences.

Sony Pictures has revealed new promotional artwork for the film that highlights its releases in premium formats, including Dolby Cinema, ScreenX, 4DX, and RealD 3D. The posters are designed to celebrate the different ways audiences will be able to experience Tom Holland’s return as Spider-Man on the big screen.

The new material arrives as excitement continues to grow around Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which will mark Holland’s fourth solo appearance as the Marvel hero within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The movie is expected to take Peter Parker in a different direction after the emotional ending of Spider-Man: No Way Home.

The upcoming film follows Peter after Doctor Strange’s spell erased everyone’s memory of his existence. With his identity completely hidden, Parker is now living without the support of his friends and loved ones while continuing his mission as Spider-Man.

According to the film’s official premise, Peter will continue protecting New York City anonymously while facing a dangerous new threat. At the same time, his powers will begin to change in an unexpected way, creating new challenges for the young hero.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, known for his work on Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. The screenplay comes from Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, who previously worked on Holland’s Spider-Man trilogy, with Justin Kuritzkes also contributing to the script.

The movie features the return of several familiar faces. Tom Holland once again plays Peter Parker, while Zendaya returns as MJ and Jacob Batalon comes back as Ned Leeds. The cast also includes Sadie Sink, Jon Bernthal, Tramell Tillman, Michael Mando, and Mark Ruffalo.

Marvel fans have been especially interested in the appearances of Bernthal and Ruffalo, who are returning as their MCU characters Frank Castle, also known as the Punisher, and Bruce Banner, also known as the Hulk.

The story is expected to bring Spider-Man closer to his classic comic book roots. The title takes inspiration from the 2008 Marvel Comics storyline “Brand New Day,” which changed Peter Parker’s life and introduced a new era for the character.

The production team has previously discussed wanting this version of Peter to feel more independent. After the events of No Way Home, the character is no longer surrounded by Avengers or his old relationships, allowing the movie to focus more on Spider-Man’s personal struggles and street-level adventures.

Filming took place throughout 2025, with production locations including Glasgow in Scotland and several areas across England. Studio work was completed at Pinewood Studios.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is scheduled to arrive in theaters on July 31, 2026, as part of Phase Six of the MCU. With premium formats offering fans a bigger and more immersive experience, Marvel and Sony are hoping the next chapter of Peter Parker’s story becomes one of the biggest superhero events of the year.
