‘Euphoria’ Star Sharon Stone Makes Epic Runway Comeback After Three Decades — And She Owned It
Sharon Stone has returned to the fashion world in a major way, stepping back onto the runway for the first time in more than three decades. The actress made a surprise appearance at Paris Fashion Week and quickly became one of the biggest talking points from the event.
Stone walked during the Vetements Menswear Spring/Summer 2027 show on Friday, June 26. The appearance marked her first runway appearance in over 30 years, with her last catwalk moment coming during Valentino’s Spring/Summer 1994 show in Paris in October 1993.
For her latest fashion appearance, Stone showed up in a bold and confident look. The 68-year-old actress wore an oversized white blazer paired with a black collared shirt and white tie. She completed the outfit with thigh-high black latex boots, while her blonde hair was styled into a sharp bob tucked behind her ears.
Stone’s return was especially memorable because of her long history with the fashion industry. Her previous runway appearance was for Valentino, where she closed the show wearing a white mini dress, lace tights, and a dramatic lace top hat with a long veil.
The actress has also maintained a close relationship with Valentino Garavani over the years. After the legendary designer died at the age of 93 in January, Stone shared a tribute on Instagram celebrating their friendship.
“Thank you for your talent, your vision & your friendship. Rest in peace,” Stone wrote alongside a photo of herself and Garavani from the 1995 Cannes Film Festival.
While Stone is known around the world for her acting career, she has recently taken on several notable roles. One of her latest appearances was in the third and final season of HBO’s Euphoria, where she joined the popular drama series.
Stone has been very open about her admiration for the show. During Variety’s Actors on Actors series, the actress praised Euphoria and said she believes the series offers an important look at issues affecting young people today. “I think it’s the greatest show on television,” Stone said. She explained that watching the characters grow throughout the series made the story feel especially meaningful.
“We’ve met these kids. We’ve seen them turn into young adults. We’ve seen them turn into full-on drug dealers. And I’ve gone through it in my family….” she added. Stone also said she believes the series could be valuable for families and even schools.
“Euphoria is so relevant. I believe it should be shown in every high school, and I think all the parents should have to see it. As a mom, I love it,” she said.
During an appearance on CBS Mornings in March, Stone again discussed why she connects with the series. Speaking with host Gayle King, she explained that her own experience as a parent helped her understand the importance of the show’s themes.
“I have three boys, now men, who were at this stage in her life, and I really think that all parents should see this show. It really is what is happening in this world,” Stone said.
From making a dramatic runway comeback to taking on new acting roles, Stone continues to remain a major presence in entertainment. Her latest fashion appearance proved that after more than 30 years away from the catwalk, she still knows exactly how to command attention.
