Believe it or not, we’re back talking about Deadpool & Wolverine, even though the movie premiered months ago. The film was a massive success, earning over a billion dollars at the box office and becoming the second-highest-grossing movie of the year, only behind Inside Out 2.

Even though we’ve covered nearly everything about the film, new details keep popping up. You’re probably familiar with the deleted scenes we’ve shared recently, but this time, we’ve got something completely different—and just as entertaining.

According to online sources, a censored joke from the original script has been revealed. The joke poked fun at Disney and Mickey Mouse, but the company demanded its removal. If you’re curious to learn more, keep reading our report!

The “online sources” we’re referring to are actually Disney, as a version of the script has just been released online, and you can read the whole thing here.

While most of the script remained unchanged in the final film, fans have uncovered a Deadpool joke that was ultimately cut. The joke was likely removed because it contained an 18+ reference to Mickey Mouse, something Disney likely preferred to avoid.

The names are coded, as you can see, and the exchange happens when Deadpool and Wolverine arrive at the hideout of the surviving Marvel heroes, which includes Elektra, Blade, Gambit, and X-23. Here’s the full dialogue:

ELEVEN
There’s four of us.

DEADPOOL
There’s four? Wait, is it Magneto??
Dear sweet god in heaven let it be
Magneto because with HIM–

BILLY
He’s dead.

DEADPOOL
FUCK! What we can’t even afford one
more X-Man? Disney is so cheap. I
can barely breathe with all this
Mickey Mouse cock in my throat.

We’ve highlighted the joke in question, and you probably don’t remember it from the movie because it was never included.

As for when it was cut, we’re not sure, but it’s clear it was deemed a bit too much. From Disney’s perspective, we can understand why—they are, after all, protecting the Mickey Mouse brand, which is bigger than Deadpool.

Though it didn’t make it to the screen, thanks to the script, you can now imagine how it would’ve played out!
