Season 3 of Fire Force will also be the anime’s last, but the fans can expect two cours, the first one premiering in April, and the second one premiering in January 2026. Atsushi Okubo’s manga has also come to an end, so when the second cour ends in 2026, Fire Force will become a piece of history.

And while we know a lot about the upcoming final season, there are still a lot of unanswered questions, one of which has been answered today. Namely, the producers have revealed three new cast members for Fire Force Season 3.

The three of them are joining newcomers Yōko Hikasa as Gold and Masaki Aizawa as Dragon, who have been confirmed earlier.

As for the crew, Sei Tsuguta will be supervising and writing the anime’s scripts, Mika Yamamoto will serve as the sub-character designer, Yoshihiro Yoshioka, and Mariko Kubo join Yumenosuke Tokuda as chief animation directors, with Yumi Horikoshi as the new art director.

Kōji Kodera comes in as the new CG director, while Ryō Ōhashi will now be credited as VFX supervisor. Natsuki Takei will now be the compositing director of photography (previously assistant director of photography).

Queen Bee will perform the first cour’s opening theme song “High Flame,” while Umeda Cypher will perform the ending theme song “Urusiren” for the anime’s first cour (quarter of a year).

The first cour is set to premiere on MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS on April 4.
