‘Fantastic Four’ is currently the hottest upcoming MCU movie only a few days ago release date and cast were announced, confirming what we’ve known for quite a while. Pedro Pascal will be MCU’s new Reed Richards, with Vanessa Kirby taking on the role of Sue Storm. The Thing and the Human Torch will be played by Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Joseph Quinn respectively.

Recently, it’s been announced that MCU’s version of Silver Surfer, Shalla-Bal will be played by Julia Garner which generated significant fan backlash.

The latest round of rumors also mentioned how Galactus will be included in the film as well as young Franklin Richards, who will supposedly be born in space and have a unique connection to Galactus. Galactus will presumably be the force responsible for the Fantastic Four relocating to the main reality in the MCU.

The most recent update regarding the actor who would supposedly play Galactus is that there are no main contenders, however, on the most recent episode of the ‘Hot Mic’ Sneider claims that Javier Bardem is still the top choice for the role. In the past, Antonio Banderas was also rumored to be in the running.

Bardem is at the moment busy shooting the F1 movie so Marvel Studios is trying to work around that, and by the time he potentially plays Galactus in ‘Fantastic Four.’

Javier Bardem’s is filled with hits, earning acclaim for his performances in films like ‘No Country for Old Men’ and ‘Biutiful.’ His notable works also include playing the villain in ‘Skyfall’ and the romantic lead in ‘Vicky Cristina Barcelona.’
