‘mono’ Anime Reveals English Dub Cast and Confirms Early May Premiere

Afro’s Laid-Back Camp series has been one of the pillars of the iyashikei genre, as you probably know. This series provided people with a lovely, stress-free environment, giving them a way to escape their daily worries.
But, as we’ve reported, Afro’s other series, mono, was also adapted in anime format recently and the series was quite a hit among fans of the genre, despite being very short in its duration.
Now that the original anime finally premiered, we are happy to confirm that a dub is also on the way and that it is going to premiere on May 3, 2025. We can also confirm that the voice cast for the dub has been confirmed.
As you know, the original anime premiered on April 12, 2025, while the dub is going to premiere in a couple of days. We can confirm that the dub will feature the voice talents of Abby Trott as Satsuki, Michaela Murphy as character An, Yolis Arroyo as Sakurako, Kana Shimanuki as Haruno, and Hayden Bishop as Kako.
The original anime stars Haruna Mikawa as Satsuki, Aoi Koga as character An, Hikaru Tohno as Sakurako, Reina Ueda as Haruno, and Maki Kawase as Kako.
As for the staff, Ryota Aikei (Jujutsu Kaisen assistant director) is directing the original anime series at Soigne, with Takuya Miyahara working as the character designer and Yoko Yonaiyama (A Sign of Affection) as the main writer. The anime is being produced by Aniplex.
No information about the production of the dub has been revealed as of the time of writing.
