Marvel fans have something new to look forward to! Marvel Rivals: Ignite #1, a special one-shot comic, will be released this June. The comic is inspired by the hit video game Marvel Rivals and will showcase unique in-game character designs by Peach Momoko.

Marvel Rivals, the action-packed team-based PVP shooter from Marvel Games and NetEase Games, has become a global sensation. Fans love its fast-paced battles and creative character designs, including those crafted by the talented Momoko. As the game grows, so does the competitive scene, with some players already seeking rank help and boosting options to stay on top. Now, those designs will come to life in this brand-new comic!

In Marvel Rivals: Ignite #1, readers will experience three thrilling stories from Japanese comic creators. The comic is presented in black and white, with each chapter featuring an extra splash of color for a stunning visual effect.

The stories take Marvel heroes back in time to Japan for unique adventures:

In the first story, Sai faces the terrifying chaos of Venom, brought to life by Peach Momoko. The second story, written and drawn by Yuji Kaku, sees The Punisher, Frank Castle, encountering an unexpected ally—Peni Parker! Where Peni is, her powerful SP//dr suit is never far behind.

In the final story, writer Mitsuyasu Sakai and artist Ryusei Yamada send K-Pop star Luna Snow deep into Asgard, where she must face the fearsome goddess of death, Hela!

Marvel Rivals: Ignite #1 is written by Peach Momoko, Yuji Kaku, and Mitsuyasu Sakai, with artwork by Momoko, Kaku, and Ryusei Yamada. The comic features a cover by Yuji Kaku and variant covers by Peach Momoko and Rickie Yagawa.

The issue will hit comic shops on June 11.
