A brand-new trailer has been released for MOUSE: P.I For Hire, and it’s packed with action, creativity, and lots of old-school cartoon charm. The game is being made by Fumi Games and published by Playside, and it’s expected to launch later this summer on PC and consoles.

At first glance, MOUSE: P.I For Hire looks like a classic black-and-white cartoon, similar to Cuphead. But don’t let the cute and vintage look fool you—this game is a fast-paced first-person shooter filled with exciting weapons and wild gameplay.

The latest trailer focuses on the unique weapons players will use in the game. It’s presented like a funny commercial from a fictional weapons company called SPIKE-D. This company shows off its most “experimental” tools, which are not your average guns.

One weapon, called the Conscious Gun, can hypnotize enemies and turn them into friends. Another one, the Turpentine Gun, can “clean up” enemies with powerful and toxic blasts. There’s also the Freeze Gun, which shoots icy steam to freeze bad guys right where they stand.

All of these weapons have fun designs and fit perfectly into the game’s world of Mouseburg, a city full of crime and shady characters. In the game, players take on the role of a private investigator mouse who is trying to clean up the streets.

The combination of classic cartoon visuals and over-the-top shooter action makes MOUSE: P.I For Hire stand out. It’s not just about shooting—it’s also full of personality, humor, and style.

The game will be released later this year, and fans can already wishlist it on Steam. There’s also an official website where you can find updates and more information about the game as the launch gets closer.
