‘One Piece’ Is Back on April 5, While ‘Koisuru One Piece’ Gets Solo ONA Series

After a solid hiatus, during which we were – luckily – provided with new content, One Piece is officially coming back on April 5, 2025. The main anime will air a special recap episode before continuing with the broadcast of the Egghead Arc, which continues with Episode 1,123.
The recap will air on April 5 at 9:00 p.m. JST (8:00 a.m. EDT), and the new episode will air immediately after. After that, you can look forward to another episode (1,124) on April 6, as the anime switches to its new time slot on Sunday nights at 11:15 p.m. (10:15 a.n. EDT).
Aside from the main anime coming back, fans of One Piece will also have something new to look forward to as a new spin-off series has also been greenlit. Namely, the Koisuru One Piece spin-off manga is getting an anime adaptation as an ONA series. Here is the first available visual:
The series will star Ryōsuke Kanemoto as Luffy Yamamoto, Ayane Sakura as Nami Koyama, and Yūichi Nakamura as Usopp Nakatsugawa. Miki Kobayashi will be producing the anime, and the series directors will be Yū Kamatani and Hazuki Omoya. Hanao Iida is designing the characters, Midori Tanaka is the art director, Emi Nakajima is the color designer, and Kōsuke Ōhori is the director of photography. Ayaka Shiraishi is overseeing production.
No release date has been given yet.
