Anne Hathaway had a lighthearted reaction after fans and media noticed something unusual about one of her recent press tour outfits. The actress was attending promotion for her upcoming film The Odyssey in New York City when she wore a red peplum jumpsuit that quickly sparked online discussion.
The outfit, a scoop-neck red design, was styled with gold jewelry and dark sunglasses. Hathaway appeared relaxed during the appearance and also showed off her pregnancy as she continues expecting her third child with husband Adam Shulman.

According to her stylist Erin Walsh, the jumpsuit comes from Ashlyn New York’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection. On the runway, the piece is designed with a high neckline in the front, which confirmed that Hathaway did indeed wear it in a reversed way during her New York outing.
Even with the small fashion mistake, fans responded positively to how she handled the situation. Many praised her for not taking it too seriously and for embracing the moment with humor. Hathaway and her husband are already parents to two sons, Jonathan and Jack. A source close to the actress also said she is currently focused on family while continuing her work commitments. The insider noted that she approaches her career with gratitude and professionalism, even during a busy period of filming and press appearances.
The same source added that Hathaway is currently balancing her work with preparing for life as a mother of three, while also looking forward to upcoming projects such as The Odyssey and the film Verity.
