Scooter Braun Takes ‘Euphoria’ Star Sydney Sweeney on First-Ever Times Square Visit, Sparking Buzz Online
Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun were spotted having a busy and very public night out in New York City, ending their evening with a stop in Times Square. The details come from posts shared by Braun on Instagram, along with reporting based on the couple’s recent public appearances in New York.
The couple was first seen earlier in the evening on a dinner date, both dressed in black. Sweeney, 28, wore a short black dress with a plunging neckline, while Braun, 44, wore a black suit. After dinner, their night took a more casual turn as they explored the city together.
According to Braun’s Instagram Reel, the night started with a spontaneous decision after Sweeney said she had never been to Times Square. He wrote, “When you’re in bed at 11pm and your girl says ‘I’ve never been to Times Square….’ 😂” The video shows the couple riding rented bikes through Manhattan streets late at night.
The footage then cuts to moments of the pair in Times Square, where Sweeney appeared in a blue hoodie and sunglasses while trying to stay low-key. At one point, she was seen eating a burger while Braun asked how it was. She responded simply, “Good!”
Their visit also included a stop in front of a large electronic billboard featuring Sweeney’s American Eagle campaign. The actress briefly reacted to seeing her own image displayed in the middle of Times Square, standing among the bright lights and crowds. The moment quickly became one of the highlights of Braun’s shared video.
Sweeney also spent time taking in the atmosphere of the area, dancing briefly to “Empire State of Mind” by Jay-Z and Alicia Keys, according to the footage shared online. The clips show her moving through the busy square while tourists and lights surrounded her.
Braun, a music manager, has recently spoken more openly about his relationship with Sweeney. In a recent podcast appearance, he praised her acting work and said he has been supportive of her career. He described her as a strong and grounded person and said their relationship has been a positive surprise in his life.
He also addressed her role in “Euphoria,” where Sweeney plays Cassie Howard in a storyline that has drawn attention for its intense and explicit scenes. Braun said he respects her work and understands the nature of acting roles.
A source close to Braun also told Page Six that he fully supports her career choices and does not feel threatened by her on-screen work. The source added that their relationship is built on trust and mutual understanding.
The pair reportedly began dating after meeting at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s 2025 wedding. They made their relationship public earlier this year with social media posts, including photos from music festivals and other outings.
Sweeney was previously engaged to businessman Jonathan Davino, while Braun was married to Yael Cohen, with whom he shares children.
Their recent New York night out adds to a growing list of public appearances as the couple continues to draw attention with their relationship and shared outings.
