Sylvie Actress Sophia DiMartino Says Her Next MCU Appearance Will Probably Suprise Everyone

Sylvie’s character has been a bit less pleasant than Loki’s. She was captured as a child by the TVA and eventually grew into a certain kind of Temporal Terrorist by the time she met Loki. Despite that, it was clear that Sylvie had the best of intentions.

Her character played a massive role in Loki’s own character development, and in a way, she, inspired him to take on the path that he did. Seemingly freeing everyone from He Who Remains’ oppressive grasp.

Needless to say, some fans consider that ‘Loki’ has plenty of themes to work with, and one of the potential characters that the possible season 3 could cover would be Sylvie. It would be fascinating to see her living her life, finally free, now with a new purpose, perhaps with some taste of mischief, she is Loki after all.

During FYC Emmy screening and Q&A at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills, Sophia opened up regarding ‘Loki’ season 3, she revealed that she is as much in the dark as we are.

I have no idea, honestly. I’m open to more. But honestly I think the [Season 2] finale was great and if that’s it, I’m very grateful for what we’ve had. But they don’t say anything. The veil of secrecy extends to us, too.

A couple of months ago, the showrunners revealed that ‘Loki’ Season 3 is not impossible, but it would have to focus on the new TVA and its inner workings, they would consider continuing the story only if they find something truly worth telling. Honestly, this sounds about fair, the ending of season 2 was so perfect, it’s hard to improve on that.

During the same interview, Di Martino also revealed that she would like to crossover with Thor.

think it would be great to see Sylvie and Thor. I think it would be fun to see them get wound up, especially if Loki is in the equation. Three siblings together? The dynamic would be interesting.

Sophia’s idea of crossover seems perfect, Thor was already getting frustrated to no end with only one mischievous sibling, how would he react (and act) with one more in the equation?
