The 80s lore has a lot of influence on the series, so it doesn’t surprise us that a comic book series titled Stranger Things and Dungeons & Dragons: The Rise of Hellfire is currently being published and we have some information about the upcoming issue.

Stranger Things and Dungeons & Dragons: The Rise of Hellfire #3 is coming out on May 28, 2025 and Dark Horse Comics has luckily provided us with the first preview images, which we are going to show you in this report.

Rumors about Eddie’s reputation make Lucas worry that joining his club might hurt his chances of getting on the basketball team. Meanwhile, we are taken back in time to when similar rumors impacted Eddie as a new Dungeons & Dragons player rather than a DM. But when the dice are cruel Eddie’s true character shines through.
