Animals (Film)

“Animals” is a Netflix crime thriller directed by, written by, and starring Ben Affleck as Milo Bradford, a Los Angeles mayoral candidate whose son is kidnapped, forcing him and his wife (Kerry Washington) to steal money to pay the ransom while their carefully built life unravels. The film also stars Gillian Anderson as a fixer, Steven Yeun as Milo’s campaign manager, and Luis Gerardo Méndez and Adriana Paz in supporting roles, with Affleck producing alongside longtime collaborator Matt Damon through their Artists Equity banner. “Animals” releases in select theaters and on Netflix on October 9.
