“Just Play Dead” is a twisty thriller directed by Martin Campbell, starring Samuel L. Jackson as criminal mastermind Jack Wolfe and Eva Green as his wife Nora, who fakes his death for a $30 million insurance payout while she secretly plots to kill him for real and frame her surfer lover Chad. The film also stars MarÃa Pedraza, with a screenplay by Dan Gordon, and marks Jackson and Green’s reunion since 2016’s “Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children.” It’s set to release in theaters on November 12, 2026.
