Prison Break (Franchise)

Prison Break is an American crime drama created by Paul Scheuring for Fox, centered on brothers Lincoln Burrows and Michael Scofield. The story follows Michael as he plans an elaborate prison escape to help Lincoln, who has been wrongly sentenced to death. The series became a major success after its 2005 debut, earning strong ratings, awards recognition, and a dedicated fan base, though later seasons received mixed reviews. After ending in 2009, it was briefly revived in 2017 for a fifth season, with plans for a sixth season later discussed but ultimately not moving forward.
